You can track your shipment using the tracking number provided in the confirmation email. We take great care in packaging your order to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition. Return & Exchange Information
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from All About Birds. If for any reason you are not, you may return or exchange your item within 14 days of the purchase date. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team and provide your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. We will provide you with a return shipping label, and once we receive the item in its original condition, we will issue a refund or exchange. Please note that some items, such as bird food, treats, toys and earrings, are not eligible for return or exchange due to health and safety regulations.

Cages and playstands are only available in-store (no shipping option available). Cages and playstands may be returned in person to the store within 14 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange.
